What’s included in a pickup?
- Pickup
- Delivery
- Heavy spot treating (there is no guarantee a stain will come out but we do our best!)
- Washing
- Drying or hang drying
- Folding or hanging (just send hangers!)
- High quality detergents that are good for your garments!
- Your own personalized lime green funky bag!
What is considered a load?
Roughly a 13 gallon trash bag size that is not stuffed/overfull. Things that shouldn't be washed together, will become 2 loads. We just want the best for your garments.
When will I get my stuff back?
The following day unless you need a different date!—pickups exceeding 6 loads may be subject to 48 hr turnarounds.
Do I have to sort?
Not unless you want to!
What if I want my own detergent?
Not a problem—just send it with your laundry!
Why can’t I schedule a pickup?
We are probably booked for the day! Since we offer such a personalized laundry experience, we take our time with each item. Schedule ahead of time to make sure you’re covered!
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we do! Digital or physical available
Why can I only select 8am for a pickup?
Our pickups start for the day at 8am. While we might not be there exactly at 8am, we will be there shortly after!
Will you dropoff on Sunday?
Of course, our pickups are next day or before!
